Project Management Support

Cherokee Fire Protection (Cherokee) is a Native American-owned small business based in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC. Our staff has more than 50 years combined experience serving the federal government, utility industry and a wide-range of military, commercial, and private applications. Cherokee provides program, project, and construction management support services both on a contract basis as well as through augmentation of our clients' management and technical staff.

Cherokee can address many aspects of total project delivery by providing cradle-to-grave capabilities from developing program requirements to reviewing design submissions to managing on-site construction through project close-out. As one of our earliest business areas, Cherokee is proud of our record for aligning each project team, or selecting the key outsourced professional, to the scale and scope of each program deliverable. We believe that the role of Project Management is to assist turning uncertain events and efforts into certain outcomes and results.
